sad but true: i just figured out how to make a picture a link.

today has been spectacular. i walked my dogs, did pilates, and ran.
i also got a new point and shoot - a red canon powershot.
the ocean looked so beautiful this morning - blue, clear, and smooth.
i am the luckiest.
